3. No Guarantees of Results

4. Purchase and Payment
The current price of the Program is AU $220 (or the price shown at checkout).
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You will receive immediate access to the Program upon successful payment.
All sales are final. Due to the digital, instantly accessible nature of the Program, no refunds are offered.

All content in the Program (videos, PDFs, worksheets, graphics, etc.) is protected by copyright and is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from the materials without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Well and Thrive and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the protocol or this website — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the protocol.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Well and Thrive and Dianne Ellis from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the protocol or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Consumer Rights (where applicable)
Australia: Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees.
EU/UK: You may have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance sales unless you have already started downloading or streaming the digital content and waived that right at purchase.
USA: Refunds are not offered except where required by state law.
